Podle histori\u010dky Lynchov\u00e9, James&nbsp;jen o chlup nep\u0159ekro\u010dil&nbsp;11 librov\u00fd hmotnostn\u00ed limit pro bal\u00ed\u010dky a&nbsp;&#8222;po\u0161tovn\u00e9&#8220; st\u00e1lo jeho rodi\u010de jen 15 cent\u016f (a\u010dkoli ho i pojistili za&nbsp;50 dolar\u016f).&nbsp;O ud\u00e1losti&nbsp;brzy psali noviny&nbsp;a v p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch n\u011bkolika letech&nbsp;se sem tam objevil podobn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edpad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">19. \u00fanora 1914 zapo\u010dal slavn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edb\u011bh, ve kter\u00e9m byla \u010dty\u0159let\u00e1 d\u00edvka jm\u00e9nem Charlotte May Pierstorff&nbsp;&#8222;zasl\u00e1na&#8220; vlakem ze sv\u00e9ho domu v Grangeville ve st\u00e1t\u011b Idaho do domu sv\u00fdch prarodi\u010d\u016f asi 73 mil daleko. Jej\u00ed cesta&nbsp;se stala tak legend\u00e1rn\u00ed, \u017ee byla dokonce&nbsp;zachycena v d\u011btsk\u00e9 knize Mailing May.<\/p>\n<p><center><a href=\"https:\/\/postcrossing.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/gallery\/Kuriozity\/61hAys10T3L.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox-1\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-2020 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/postcrossing.cz\/blog\/wp-content\/gallery\/Kuriozity\/61hAys10T3L.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/a><\/center><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8222;Po\u0161tovn\u00e9 bylo levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e l\u00edstek na vlak,&#8220; poznamenala k&nbsp;t\u00e9to ud\u00e1losti&nbsp;histori\u010dka Lynchov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed&nbsp;se uk\u00e1zalo,&nbsp;\u017ee na cest\u011b malou Charlotte doprov\u00e1zel jej\u00ed str\u00fdc, kter\u00fd pracoval jako \u00fa\u0159edn\u00edk pro \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed po\u0161tovn\u00ed slu\u017ebu.
